Window Doctor is a family run business, started by myself, Ben Woods and my wife Leanne. With a background in double glazing repairs, we wanted to create a business for our local community, that provided a holistic approach to window and door repairs, offering top quality work at a reasonable price. 

We have since grown the team and the business, now operating 8 branches across The Midlands and we’re still growing. Our core values remain the same and we will always offer that small business care and approach to every job, so your home stays warm, dry and secure without having to replace expensive windows and doors.

With over 35 years experience, our team of specialist engineers can repair or replace any door, window, glass, hinge, squeak or leak in your home, for total home comfort and security.

The Team - Ben

Ben
Founder

Ben is the Big Cheese at Window Doctor, starting the business in 2004. If there’s something he doesn’t know about window or door repairs, it’s not worth knowing.

The Team - Leanne

Leanne
Office Manager

Leanne founded the business with Ben. None of the lads will admit it, but she is really the big boss, keeping everyone in check as well as managing all back-office functions, including accounts and administration.

The Team - Troy

Troy
Office Helper

Troy was very particular about the title of Office Helper and we really believe he thinks he’s helping, but instead he just keeps us on our toes. 

The Team - Rory

Rory
Senior Engineer

Rory has been with us since 2018 and works across all areas of the business. He’s the muscle man of the team and when he’s not on site, he’s pumping up those massive bi-ceps in the gym.

Glenn

Glenn
Engineer

Glenn specialises in all types of window repairs and installation. He plays rugby for the local team and when he’s not on the pitch, he loves family holidays and spending time with his 2 children. Glenn works hard, but plays harder!

Joshua

Joshua
Apprentice

Joshua is our third year Apprentice Window Technician. He’s a fast learner with a great attitude and work ethic. When he’s not on the tools, Josh loves sport, church and he plays rugby for the local team.
